When to Use Reflex One Stop Xtreme?

This is fairly open to personal preference and how many servings you're planning to have per day, but before and after a workout are common times - at Echo we'd recommend:

If having 1 shake per day have half a serving around 1 hour pre workout and another half serving immediately after on training days, or just one full serving afterwards if you prefer. On non training days just ensure you get one full serving down at any time of the day whether all in one shake or split into a couple.

If having 2 shakers per day split them as you prefer but as a suggestion we find having one full serving at the opposite end of the day (eg. morning if you train in the evening) and the other split into 2 servings pre and post workout works very well.
